Wide Horizon’s Annual Meeting

Keynote speaker, Col. Janet Y. Horton, US Army, Ret. presented “One Grand Brotherhood” to a full house on Sept. 22nd. Col. Horton is a former Christian Science Chaplain who was the highest ranking female Chaplain in the military.
